Terms of Use
Effective June 29, 2026
Welcome to visitplantbar.com. By using the site you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain language because we would rather you actually read them.
Using the site
You can read, share, and link to anything on the site for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not scrape the site, attempt to break it, or use it to send spam. If you find a bug or something that feels broken, let us know at hello@visitplantbar.com.
Our content
The Plant Bar name, logo, photography, illustrations, drink descriptions, and the writing on this site belong to us or the artists and partners we work with. You are welcome to share a link or quote a sentence with credit. For anything larger, like press features, partnerships, or licensed use, please get in touch first.
Events and ticketing
Workshops, classes, and ticketed events listed on the site are run either by us or by a host we have invited in. Event schedules, hosts, and pricing can change. We will do our best to update the page and email registered guests when something shifts. Refund and cancellation rules for ticketed events are listed on the event page itself.
Purchases and gift cards
Drinks, pastries, retail, and gift cards are sold in the shop. When we launch online ordering, separate sale terms will appear at checkout and you will see them before you pay.
Links to other sites
We link to partners, makers, and resources we like. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what happens there. Read their terms and privacy policies before sharing anything with them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep menus, hours, and event details accurate, but things change, and we cannot guarantee the site is error-free or always available. Nothing on the site is medical, nutritional, or legal advice. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, ask a member of the team in the shop before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plant Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by a friendly email exchange will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
