Chattanooga's specialty coffee scene is growing, and Plant Bar's North Shore room is one of the rooms moving the bar. We pour microlot single-origins, dial espresso to weight and time on every shot, and run a rotating pour-over menu that changes with the season and the harvest.
Two blocks from Coolidge Park and the Tennessee Riverwalk, we're made for the morning runners, the working remote, and the after-walk family. Order an espresso, a slow pour-over, or a batch cup with a pastry, the coffee is the reason to come back.

What makes our coffee different
We work with three trusted roasting partners who publish farm-level traceability. Our espresso bar rotates a primary single-origin or seasonal blend, with the menu listing roaster, farm, country, varietal, and process. The varietals on the bar rotate often, the relationships don't. Ask any barista for the day's bean, we'll tell you everything we know.
Pour-overs are weighed, timed, and poured to your preference, bright and tea-like, or syrupy and full. Batch and drip rotate weekly across washed African, natural Latin American, and a seasonal blend. Water is filtered and mineral-balanced for extraction clarity.
Decaf is specialty-grade Swiss Water Process, not an afterthought. Milks are oat, almond, coconut, soy, and whole, all included. We pour the same drinks whether you order an espresso macchiato or a 16-ounce oat latte.

Our Chattanooga room sits on Manufacturers Road on the North Shore, two blocks from Coolidge Park and the Tennessee Riverwalk. The room has a full espresso bar, a lounge, an outdoor deck, and free parking behind the building.
Mornings are the quietest window, best for pour-overs and slow espresso. Afternoons fill with riverwalk traffic and remote workers. Stop in on your way to or from the river.
