Our tea bases are brewed daily from loose-leaf jasmine green, Assam black, and ceremonial-grade matcha. We don't use syrup-pumped concentrates. The body and the bitterness come from the leaf, which is why our matcha latte tastes like matcha and our jasmine milk tea tastes like jasmine.
Tapioca pearls are cooked in small batches every two to three hours. Older pearls get retired, they never sit hard at the bottom of a bin. Beyond classic black tapioca we run rotating specialty toppings: popping mango pearls, lychee jelly, grass jelly, aloe, and seasonal fruit foams.
