We brew our tea bases fresh from loose-leaf tea, not pre-mix, and cook our tapioca pearls in small batches every few hours so they're always warm, chewy, and toothsome. The fruit is real, the sweetness is dialable, and the milks are all included at no extra charge.

The result is boba that drinks like a real beverage, not a candy bar in a cup. Order it iced, blended, or layered with cold foam, and tune the sugar and ice the way you like.

What makes our boba different

Our tea bases are brewed daily from loose-leaf jasmine green, Assam black, and ceremonial-grade matcha. We don't use syrup-pumped concentrates. The body and the bitterness come from the leaf, which is why our matcha latte tastes like matcha and our jasmine milk tea tastes like jasmine.

Tapioca pearls are cooked in small batches every two to three hours. Older pearls get retired, they never sit hard at the bottom of a bin. Beyond classic black tapioca we run rotating specialty toppings: popping mango pearls, lychee jelly, grass jelly, aloe, and seasonal fruit foams.

Sweetness is fully dialable from 0% to 100%. Ice is your call. Milks are oat, almond, coconut, soy, or whole, all included. Want a brown-sugar boba with oat milk and 50% sweet? We'll make it exactly that way.

Our South Slope room serves the full boba menu all day, with seating made for laptop time and a quick window for grab-and-go. It's the easiest Asheville boba stop near downtown and the breweries.

Our West Asheville flagship on Haywood Road has the same boba menu plus a lounge, a back garden, and weekend evenings that turn into community hangs. It's a great spot to stay a while.
