Join us for a gentle, nervous-system–focused experience designed to help your dog settle by first settling yourself. We’ll practice simple breathing and body-based techniques to regulate our own nervous systems, then explore how to offer calm, invited touch that can support relaxation in our dogs.
Best suited for dogs that can be in public spaces without becoming overstimulated.
